Abbot Students Win Prizes in Science Olympiad

On Saturday, May 10th, our very own Abbot All Stars competed in the 12th Annual Washtenaw Elementary Science Olympiad at Pioneer High School. We are proud to announce the following results from our students:
  • 2nd grade won Second Place in Feathered Friends, a timed event where teams of two compete to see how well they can identify local birds by markings and song.
  • 3rd grade and 4th grade both won Fourth Place in Map Reading, a timed event that involves answering geographical questions using a selection of maps.
